The MAPI provider failed. Now I have researched the error and I found that my Systemmailbox was disabled, I re-enabled the system mailbox and restarted the services and everyone started to recieve mail, then 10 minutes later they couldn't get mail again. Microsoft says to delete the systemmailbox but I'm a little nervous doing this as there is only one systemmailbox in my exchange system objects folder.
